We were so PO'd about that here we actually got organized to vote against it,  totalling in the end some 5.something % of the total outstanding shares in the hands of people on this board and people that they knew , . . . Unfortunately while we tipped the scales to prevent it passing as written apparently they amended it to give no special rights to the shares and that was enough to get some of the folks actually therre to change their vote and allow it to pass amended.

I'd really like to see the vote count on the original unamended motion to see if this little band of cutthroat retail rockhounds actually managed to make a difference instead of just a statement.
