In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Its definitely a fund selling !!
Funds have specific criteria like no more than 5 or 10% in a specific stock.
Some funds have market cap criteria, like no investing in companies under a billion or half a billion or 100 million ..... Whatever it is. Some funds don't invest in companies that have a stock price less than $5 or $2 or $1 !!!

i believe the trigger here was $100 million USD market cap !!
that was breached at the 0.145 CAD level !!
once a criteria is breached the Equity becomes uninvestable to the fund and therefore must exit immediately !!!
Thats the case in this situation and I believe will be over very very soon, maybe tomorrow !!
