In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

it was sort of the typical 'we do not know of any reason why' NR that often gets put out by a company hoping to stop the slide. Who knows, maybe they will have one out by morning.

as for the day's trading, the part that concerned me most was the last second flick at .11. Manipulators often tag stocks up to enhance the posted % drop the next day. or does anyone believe that the CIBC trader actually thought it was a good idea to buy at .11 at the close, when there was around 3M shares on the ask at that time?

I have no idea which way this stock goes tomorrow. Like I said, I've placed my bet. Perhaps my first bet of many if it keeps falling. Looks like a value play to me, but I have no inside knowledge, but something seems to have spooked a huge investor or two.
