2015 Fiscal year end is Sept 30th for Microbix. Why is this important?

1) could have partner for Kinlytic signed before end of Sept for US and Canadian mrkts
2) LumiSort commercialization partner and funding agreement. Before end of Sept with field tests of commercial units early in fiscal 2016 which could translate to fall of 2015
3) patent trials on schedule for fall 2015 ? The two parties could possibly settle before this goes to court ......
Which could mean a settlement some time earlier .... iMHO
think they want to take the time to find the right companies to partner with for both LumiSort and Kinlytic. I think that the demo trials of the LumiSort prototype went well and now they are negotiating with a few potential partners to build the commercial products with...
so maybe a good time to accumulate more stock now as we could be seeing some major news announcements over the next 2 to 6 months I think ...
