Oil may very well end up at $60, but I believe there will be much trouble between then and now.  I think PTA will be roughed up along the way.  The most significant catalyst would be becoming an operator.  If this is what they have their "head down" working on, then I think the future will be bright and I'll envy your position.  If not, I think they'll bounce around at these levels.  I read the last NR as the Quinde-3 and Langur wells are baked into the 5400 guidance effectively replacing decline.  If I'm correct, not many bullets to fire.  The takeover talk is just talk.  Not happening.  They don't buy their own shares at this level so I would not recommend buying.  That would be the #2 catalyst.  With an ocean of shares on the market, it is prone to be pushed around just like what you are seeing.
