RE:So Fabrice said BUY twice now?Hi wondering why would you want free shares.I went through that 
with counsel corp .Let them keep the money whatever it is and buy another independent .
Whatever the spin off is worth is in the valuse of phn right now and will be deducted 
if the proceeds are distributed to shareholders .
