There ya go TOOL161.... now you have laid out a scenario.  I do not profess to know much about the pit... hence I do not post BS. When I do have  something, you can be sure I would never share it on this board!! Perhaps, future plans do not include this pit. Perhaps it has served it's purpose. I would agree that the commercial aspect of this particular pit is questionable. I do not believe it lost money, but I am pretty sure it didn't make much either!! This is not a next week project as your pal Halcro whines on about. So sit tight in your little toolbox and gather more rust...buddy!!!
