RE:RE:Ministry refused to prolong Kuriskova exploration licence!Ha, Patrick Moore :-) He's a known figure in Košice, too - a couple of years ago, sometime in 2006 or 2008, EUU (or were they still using the name Tournigan at the time?) brought him to Slovakia to "preach" and persuade the local people how "yummy" and "clean" uranium mining is. His mission failed badly - he didn't manage to persuade anybody. That's most likely also the reason why EUU haven't brought him to Košice again since then (another reason might be that EUU is no longer in a financial condition to be able to allow his assistance - apparently Mr Moore is not a cheap chap and his "opinions" might be rather expensive).

Besides, as far as I remember, Greenpeace themselves have denied that Moore had been a "co-founder" of the organization - he was only an early member and (at one time) one of several directors.
