RE:RE:DEBT ratio for PTA

RE:RE:DEBT ratio for PTAActually just considering investing here again. Was in and out of PTA shares and warrants a few times in the past. Trying to weigh in on why the market is undervaluing PTA  and thought perhaps i was missing something.
The notes as per the last Q report were 30 million $ US with interest paid out quarterly at 11.5 %
Also the news of the 10 for 1 rollback in shares. Many investors head for the hills when they hear rollback. That might be good news for those buying at these levels.
Last q showed a loss for PTA and the next will likely be even worse considering the huge drop in oil since November. This financial report will be very interesting. Will they still have 60 million in cash?
I assume they were still spending  a few $$ this last Q as their capex for 2014 was cut to 44 million $ or so.
How much of PTA production is hedged, and for how long. I noted their last news release quoted 55$ US for Brent .
I do believe we may see 40$ oil again, and a range of 40 to 60$ for the next few years.
But just my personal opinion.  That is why i mentioned 40$. Never hurts to have a bit of a safety margin. Many juniors are going to under in the next while, but I dont believe PTA is one of those.
