RE:RE:what does it "Needless to say this is not the best way for management to stake an ownership in the company and this is not something that most junior exploration companies do."

I am not aware of another junior exploration company doing this.  Does anybody know of another?

Nice to see management thinking outside of the box and being so creative and innovative.  Maybe others will follow.

It does not require management to pay any money for the shares but are granted at a certain price.

Free money....

So for the last round when the stock price goes above .61 they get the shares and can do with them as they please.

Needless to say this is not the best way for management to stake an ownership in the company and this is not something that most junior exploration companies do.

When the whole resource sector is down like this and the stock price has went no where but down for the last 3 years, dealings like this are straight up unscrupulous.
