RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:? 7 Million ouncesTradernick - and I certainly hope you aren't a "trader" as you don't have the sense to realize that Moneta's last financial statement was for the quarter ended September 31, 2014 and there were 193 million shares outstanding. And how many shares outstanding does Moneta have presently? 193 million. Therefore, NO PLACEMENT. Fact is, one just has to look at filings and/or press releases to confirm one hasn't taken place, but since you don't have the ability, motivation, or common sense to do that, I just thought I would spoon feed the evidence to you to show how incapable you are. Suffice it to say, any opinion or comment you make should be quickly discarded as you can't even find out this most basic piece of information. 

I feel sorry for you.

Perhaps I should give you the benefit of the doubt - the last placement that Moneta closed was announced on December 21, 2012 - so perhaps you have been in a two year coma and have just awaken. Welcome back!
