Strategy behind (cancelled) merger...Maybe Woulfe's goal was to put pressure on IMC. With a merger, there would have been Global Tunsten Powders (Alomonty's partner) as competitor for IMC's investment. Let's hope that Woulfe and IMC could agree on renegotiated terms.
