RE:RE:RE: GCU vs PRBOk Torontonian52, how about another thought. Perhaps there could be some people (investors) out there, who are determined to keep GCU down, until there is a major shakeup in the entire Board of Directors of GCU. I could be wrong, but it sure looks like somebody is trying to keep the stock down. Who wouldn't like to see GCU at $5!!! That said, I'm one of those people, who believes that a shakeup, and a change, is definitely needed in the GCU Board of Directors, from the top to the bottom. Without this change, the Springpole gold project isn't going anywhere, as things sit right now. As I said, I would certainly like to see a big change in the present Board of Directors, and bring in people having a prominent mining background. The latest filed Canadian Insider Report indicates that: On Dec 15/14, Akiko Levinson bought 10,000 at $0.125 On Dec 17/14, Akiko Levinson bought 10,000 at $0.10 On Dec 24/14, Ron Schmitz bought 100,000 at $0.10 On Feb 6/15, Ron Schmitz purchased 100,000 at $0.155 Except for Ron Schmitz, to me, the above insider trading doesn't indicate a commitment to the Springpole gold project from other members of the Board of Directors. More importantly though, did you see any other 'confidence building trades' from any other members of the Board of Directors, for shareholders to notice, while the Sheldon Inwentash/Pinetree Capital saga was going on???? At the beginning of 2011, with GCU near $4, Probe Mines was around $1.40. From that point on, GCU was heading down, while PRB was strengthening. WHY?? Having a financing, brokerage background isn't enough to sell a mineral project to a major mining company. You need mining people!!!! Just look at PRB's Board of Directors: JAMIE SOKALSKY, HONOURS B.COMM., CA CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD Mr. Sokalsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation DAVID PALMER,PH.D., P.GEO PRESIDENT & CEO, DIRECTOR Prior to joining Probe in 2003, Dr. David Palmer spent fifteen years as an Exploration Geologist and Consultant to the Canadian and international mining industry. GORDON MCCREARY, B.SC, MBA DIRECTOR Mr. McCreary has over 40 years experience in the mining and exploration industry with over 20 years focused on gold. His previous roles included 11 years as Vice President of Kinross Gold Corporation and a combined 5 years as Vice President of Dundee Bancorp Inc. BASIL HAYMANN DIRECTOR Mr. Haymann is an accomplished businessman and successful entrepreneur, with over 40 years of experience focused on identifying, developing and advancing a broad spectrum of business opportunities. JOHN B. GAMMON, B.SC., PH.D DIRECTOR he was employed in successively senior positions in mineral exploration management with among other companies, Falconbridge. John spent seventeen years with the Government of Ontario, Canada, in the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, the first two as Director, Mineral Development and Lands Branch and then as Assistant Deputy Minister, Mines and Mineral Division. DENNIS PETERSON, HONOURS B.COMM, LLB DIRECTOR Mr. Peterson has 20 years experience as a corporate securities lawyer specializing in corporate finance matters. Therefore, how can you compare the backgrounds of the present Board of Directors of GCU, to the backgrounds of the Board of Directors of PRB? I hope that what Sheldon Inwentash couldn't accomplish with GCU, that somebody else will come in as a major shareholder of GCU, and take out the present Board of Directors of GCU. Perhaps then, $2, $3 or $5 per share for GCU could be achievable!!!
