Why prices went down? Reason behind it.

Why prices went down? Reason behind it.Insider selling by BCE is worth  $ 679,696.95 till 17 February. Thats why prices went down so dramatically. Plus if you guys have noticed the communications share are down from last 1 week. its becoz of potential sell of spectrum in March as i have mentioned earlier. Decreasing the prices and buying low to make big bucks. My suggestion if prices goes down buy more as $2.60 dividend is worth it and prices will go up for sure.
