RE:RE:More Stockhouse posters facing legal actionDear old Bre-X, LOL.
He first appeared on this board back in August, 2012 (barely prehalt, LOL), posing as a concerned American senior, suggesting that he and his wee wifie were steered into BGM by a perhaps overzealous investment advisor (aka stockbroker) who may have underestimated their risk tolerance.
Here he is, two-thousand-odd BGM posts later, and he’s segued into a no-longer-saddled-with-a-wee-wifie apologist for all things BGM, a charter member of the THREE BigBagO members-only private message boards, AND a prime pourer of BS into the BGM bullboard pump.
Remember those good old days at the PDAC two years ago, Bre-X? You and the wee wifie were front and center then, right?

Today's Financial Post
From the arts critic at the Financial Post
They came, they sang, they conquered.
The ebullient, irrepressible honcho of still-suspended Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd starred in an hour-long presentation, “The Cariboo Gold Fiends, a tap-danceable epic”, made to an enthralled crowd at yesterday’s Toronto Resource Investment Conference 2013.
Ably supported by a five-man quintet, Frank-who-ain’t and the Investors (Fraser on spoons, Andrew and Sean on accordions, Tim on banjo and Frank-who-ain’t on mouth harp), he had the audience sitting on the edge of their seats and in the palm of his hand, calling out for more, more, more.
Bravely ignoring the misfortunes of the last 14 months, he skillfully tap-danced around and over obstacles, regulatory and financial, as he whipped the crowd into a frenzy as they viewed a fusion of exhilarating tap set to an original score with a positive, up-beat tempo and theme. Frank-who-ain’t’s rich baritone and Fraser's skillful spoonwork elevated the performance from the exquisite to the sublime.
Unforeseen technical difficulties cut the presentation short at 52 minutes (someone stole the spoons), but the cheers as J Frank and the Investors tap-danced off the stage was overwhelming, even if they, the participants, contributed 60 per-cent of the adulation themselves.
The final audience count, excluding J Frank and the Investors, was four, but my, how those four enjoyed themselves. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as the Investors sang their signature tune, “we’re up shat creek without a paddle, we don’t even have a boat” and proudly followed their leader as he (and they) exited, stage left.
Three curtain calls followed and
it was indeed heart-warming to see those two bikini-clad seniors doing wheelies in their wheelchairs, waving their American flags, and flaunting those banners which stated, “next week, next week, it’s acoming next week”. Rumour has it that Barrick is considering an offer, just to ensure that this doesn’t happen again next year (or the year after, lol).

Ovis was never charged with anything. He might take offense to your libelous post saying otherwise. And from some of the posts I've seen here back in the day I believe there was some speculation that Halcro might have had something to do with Ovis. I don't believe that but that was posted on several occasions.
But don't worry, you can't libel an anon stockhouse id and everything else that is bing posted here that might be considered negative by BGM is in fact based on documents BGM filed in Sedar.
For example, the last time the supposed new Snowden report was mentioned was back in July 2014. The CEO left shortly after that and the new Snowden report was NOT mentioned in either to the two subsequently filed MD&A documents. Those are facts. They might look bad for BGM but that is what BGM posted to Sedar... sue thee self if you need a scape goat for poor performance..
Of course it goes without saying that if I've missed a mention of the new Snowden report in a BGM document on Sedar that August or later then please advise and I will read and update my notes.
See that is what is great about this board... a good place to check out BGM facts and get down to details instead of speculating on rumors (oh the report is finished and the lawyers are reviewing it....) LOL!!!!.
