Andrew ought to re-examine this move today.
With all the negativity shown by very knowledgeable shareholders about this deal, I think, unless he has an incredible acquisition to announce tomorrow - not some mediocre one, he should rescind this move and learn from it. I have never seen this amount of anger in 30 years of investing.
