RE:THE UNOFFICIAL STORY OF FABRICE AND THE FINANCING

RE:THE UNOFFICIAL STORY OF FABRICE AND THE FINANCINGThanks for the exposé! I would also add Athabasca Minerals (ABM). I sold my shares when I felt that $3 was just too ridiculous for a company selling aggregates and no real oil sands deal. Then it crashed to $0.70, now rebounding. As you have said, what promoters do is essentially a pump-and-dump, the real kind that gets you in jail. As long as you wash your hands, I guess nothing bad can really happen.

I bought shares today, luckily, I have cash-on-hand. I felt that $0.38 was just too cheap for a company making $65M/year. Also, $7M along with $18M credit facility along with good cashflow means that LOY can do something good in the long run. I hope that they buy out ILSC.
