I sent an email to Chris Lewer Director, Surveillance [e-mail] [phone]. I detailed some of the irregularities in the EGX trading and he responded immediately, thanking me and saying, "I will pass your concerns along to the Surveillance group in Vancouver that monitor Venture issuers."

Not sure if it will help anything, but at least we know the regulators will be monitoring the trading.
