RE:RE:US Senate to lift sanctrions on Cuba

Reading this article ,all that this represents is a step in the right direction and relates to resuming diplomatic relations only at this point.

Trade discussions should follow but will take time to reach a mutual agreement .

Encouraging news but I doubt it will have a major impact on the SP till later in the year.....subject to this Bill going through the Senate.
