Look here and you will see tht Geologic resources held 40,482,096 shares:

You will notice the shares are the same , 40,482,096.

They have changed hands , maybe JK has been replaced by another CEO and it has not been announced yet , just a guess.

Big Things are happening to LAC right now.

And it will be good.
