I emailed directly to vent. Here is the response:

"Hi James. Thank you for your email. I understand your frustration. While not
a huge surprise, it is certainly disheartening to see the stock drop after
the rollback. But it had to be done. Eagle Hill's share structure was
completely unmanageable and a big reason why the stock couldn't get any
traction. We had been unable to attract new shareholders - either retail or
institutional - with the old share structure and share price. The roll back
will allow us to make a clean start. Management and the Board believed that
the knowledge of a pending consolidation would have dampened any of the
positive effects of the Preliminary Economic Assessment. Now, with the
rollback complete, when the PEA results are released in March there will be
nothing to hold us back, and hopefully the stock will start to react as it
should to positive news, and hopefully start to reflect the true value of
the property.

The PEA is on track and, to the best of my knowledge, on budget. We will
have the results out sometime in March and, with the PEA in hand, I will be
able to start actively marketing the company and the project.
