RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No News in this case might be good NewsYou are correct, I just checked the consolidated financial statements  on sedar and the number is now down to $193 million from $231 million last year. The 52 million net settlement Nuvo received from the MNK has brought the number down.

I would have thought that one would use a combined provinical and federal tax rate to come up with an estimated value for the cumulative tax losses.  I do not know the tax rate but would have guessed at something around 25%??
