One possibility that worries me....

One possibility that worries me....
First off, I'm long on EGX, bought in to the PP, hold many hundreds of thousand shares, etc, etc.  So don't accuse me of being a basher, OK?  I'm very worried about Aura.  We're talking big, big money and Aura has a controlling interest.  On the one hand you might feel, as I did, that this is good for the small investor (like me) because, naturally, they are expected to act in a way that will ultimately drive the price higher.  This thinking is too simplistic - what's to stop Aura from creating (or finding) a shell company and accepting a buyout from that company at 20 cents/share - they get 100% of the company and we get peanuts.  This is just one possibility and I can think of a many more ways that Aura could get significantly more from the deal at the detriment of the small investor.  Sure, they keep adding money and collecting shares but this does not guarantee we will get the same return on our investment as they will.
