I think where we differ is that you're putting some negative spin on BED being high cost, low profile - whereas I see them targeting a serious (low profile) market that wants a premium product and is prepared to pay a premium price. And view this as a very sensible business strategy, as is Tweed's. TWD is going after a different market that want the hyped brand at low cost & investor - ones that have never purchased a share before. So I think they are not competing very directly. There is significant product and company differentiation between them. That could be good for both.
