CSH payout ratio

CSH payout ratioHello. New to this forum but not to Stockhouse. I've held 300 Chartwell shares for around nine years and pretty much ignored the stock as it drifted up and down below my original purchase price. Now I'm considering adding to my holding again but have noticed that the payout ratio is north of 500 per cent. Can anyone please explain why it's so high? Thanks in advance.
