Form 10 withdrawn due to new SEC Rule

Form 10 withdrawn due to new SEC RuleForm 10 is now withdrawn after a repeated amendments and now MYEC say that they do not know this new rule. Is it a new rule? No. Are the attorneys are useless? I guess or even YES. Can any promises be fulfilled? I dont know. Will this be a good progressing stock this year? Not guaranteed yet. How long does it take?? i absolutely dont know. Does the company itself know? No clue for them too. I wish it soon releases some good news.
