The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Value Digger, among other five SA authors wrote a bullish article in which he explains thorously why PTA is undervalued.

Every time someone tries to post a link or any other info about this article, or any other articles about PTA, "thedave" appears to pollute the board with the same nonsense and after another basher, Shlinker or 5i5y, comes with a personal attack to the poster who provides this info, no matter if this is me, Deadcow, or perdicaoil.

So yes, only a fool will ignore the FACTS and focus to conspiracy theories.

For one more time, "dear" bashers, instead of "longs are looking for subscrivers, longs have a fund which uploads shares, Obama is a muslim", write your own bearish article and publish it on Seeking Alpha or elsewhere. SA is free.
