RE:RE:RE:RE: SP
"no doubt wild theory" - cocoon - I have been baffled about the share price since TPN hit .30 cents on January 2nd - for disclosure I'm long on TPN and have about 300,000 shares - I have had the opportunity to meet both Max and Joel and believe in there capabilities - the play is what it is. But who would be selling at these prices - it isn't profit taking - and if you are invested in this you should have the stomach to ignore the noise - the numbers game has not worked out as hoped - # of opportunities - the Afren situation has hurt because many now have the mind set that this will be the only opportunity. What I know of the warrant holders - it is a group - I believe less than 12 - management is in contact with them - there is one individual that is the "leader" - or spokesperson - whom the group count on for information - your theory is interesting - who else would be able to sell like that consistently? - it would put money in the hands of the "group" who would exercise the option with a successful drill - (I believe writing a cheque $$$$$ is well within there means) - so the only question then is if they don't have to sell shares to raise capital why would you - if you already know that things are looking very positive? - is it because of there ability to be part of a private placement on a go forward - is it to ensure no drag on the stock on a go forward? - tough to figure out - any more thoughts very much appreciated
