RE:RE:Pinetree turnaround?... or destroy even more capital.  Probably not though now that the investment committee of debenture holders has a veto over all buy/sell decisions by management.

Also, if actually take the time to read the documentation instead of just blindly pumping you would know that Pinetree has been authorized to buy $5M on the open market and to use a tender/redemption process for the remainder.  They MAY be lucky enough to buy under $80 on the open market but they may also ending up bidding the price higher.  No way are SHs getting lucky enough to see $20mm face retired for $15mm.
