It looks to me like insiders have exercised options, but i don't see any selling. They are excersising at 50 cents USD, if we start to see them sell it would be bad at current prices, however it could also mean something good as they seem to be adding to their positions. The ceo added 312 thousand to put his total over 5 million shares. What is the time frame between insider buys and when they can announce material news? If they start selling it may mean trimming, but if they don't, it may mean its time to load up. I'll post whatever comes up in my Ink reports over the next few days. They usually highlight companies in their morning reports with insider buying as investing ideas and it can bump the price up nicely. This week should tell the tale. Glta |
