RE:Comments re Plan B

RE:Comments re Plan BThe price Pala would accept depends on Pala's other investment opportunities. If Pala has another opportunity that Pala feels could perform better than NCU going forward, and if Pala needs funds for that other opportunity, then they would probably like to bail out of NCU in order to take advantage of that other opportunity. But, finding a buyer for their interest would be a complex task, because a buyer would not likely want Pala's interest alone - the buyer would likely want the whole pie, which means coming up with a price that is attractive to the independent directors and the likes of you and me. My guess, therefore, is that management will try their absolute best to come up with a glowing Integrated Feasibility Study - one that is bankable. This copper play will get interesting following the release of the IFS - it will either take off or fall flat. My betting is that it will take off. And, remember, Pala is not in control of the game - buying out Pala will not give the predator enough shares for a force-out - the predator will have to come up with a price that entices the minority. IMHO.
