RE:RE:RE:RE:Update on SA articles about PTA.VIngiboy, Petroamerica doesn't even really have an IR firm that I am aware of. They handle IR internally. Many US companies of similar size (or smaller) have one. I'm not a fan of hyping a stock, but there are good IR firms that have a legitimate role. PTA has apparently decided they can handle IR themselves. Maybe they should reconsider that.
For example I've traded MILL, MILL-PC and MILL-PD a lot and cover their issues in the Panick Report. They have an IR firm that does a good job. I know as I've had them call or email me on multiple ocassions to make their case if I said something about their stock in my newsletter that they disagreed with. MILL has less production than PTA and the enterprise value is about 7X as much. They've had successful access to the capital markets to fund expansion without diluting their stock by selling MILL-PC and MILL-PD preferred shares.
