The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Update on SA articles about PTA.VVery true Ingiboy. For example, a press release would have been appropriate when they actually started selling oil on a new sales route to Ecuador. This has been one of the major obstacles to increasing production for that region and they cut transportation costs in half for that portion of their production. I also think it reduces the risk of another shut-in. I've seen companies put out fluff press releases and am not advocating that. PTA has taken things to the other extreme though. Investors sometimes need detective work to figure out what they are up to.
