Just search under public companies enter the computer generated code. Sedar is free to use but is not the most user friendly. I have read the circular and what Sly summary days is correct. Unfortunately there is no smoking gun or anything interesting. I wish there was.
I will now wait for people to question my credibility for defending sly. Before you do check out sedar.
