The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:No offense my friend, but...Hey Shlinker, anyone who has traded microcaps for awhile has seen one go up or down due to a story on another issue.  Years ago SNDS was a microcap (Sands Reno) I owned that spiked up due to a story on LVS (the large cap Las Vegas Sands).  There are many similar examples.  Stuff like this happens all the time.
    Not everyone knows that Petro America is different than Petroamerica.  Not everyone has read the SEDAR filings, managment bios, audited financials etc.  Anyone who has would know a story like that is not about our Petroamerica.  Some institutions own hundreds of stocks (baskets of stocks for a sector) and don't know them all that well.
