There current attempt is at .15 for control of about 65 % . That's what we are voting on in efffect. If at some time in the future they opted to exercise those warrants then they might decide to offer the same price for the remainder and take the Co. private.
If we vote no I think they will just take the higher interest rate for the time being but could make an offer for the whole Co. at any price they want, as low as .05 even. Who's going to out bid them ?
If past management could have found better terms than the Galena deal they would have taken it !
