The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

You like many of us here are a believer in this company. You have shown that by buying a large position. I have been all-in on this company long ago so I haven't been able to take advantage of these cheap shares. Regarless, I am hoping we hear some good news very soon. It is only a matter of time.
i agree with you that we may not know all the facts. Maybe there is is something out there that is causing all this selling. I hope to hell not.
Today threw me off with the large volume of selling. Just when you think we are climbing out of the hole we have a day like this. Having been here for 3+ years now , no news makes me nervous.
It's time for some good news !!!
