The cost of the rolling start is close to $6.7 million, but it may be feasible to commence with the cash on hand as the receivables back from the first batch will happen in a relatively short period. Those funds could then be used to finance the next batch and so forth but this depends on the timing and on how attractive any financing options are when are about to start. per/ F. Basa
