RE:Thank youI was short KLS a while back.  Not invested in KLS at this time so this is not a bash.  
I was short because I felt the SP come had come to far too fast  and the management comp was unfriendly to investors at the $5 threshold. 
The lastest NR is a forcast of a less then stellar quarter IMO.   

Prior to that I was a long time ( critical of previous man)  investor.  Sold at around $5 bucks.   The current management did a great recovery job but the comp is a huge red flag to me.   Others have thoughly covered this topic .  Man Comp review at the AGM is overdue IMO .
