Why would anyone sell now when there is a significant catalyst within the next few weeks (the completion of Kapulo).  There is 40% upside at least, perhaps even more when that announcement is made.  I'm also in T.GUD and V.TRX (as well as V.PHM, and T.PLI) and their valuations are more than overstretched.  Those stocks are moving up on pure momentum only.  MWE on the other hand is very cheap!
