The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:Press Release !!!Yes it's a great report !!! Very comforting and came out in the right time !!! 
What is very interesting also is that the are going to pay the $35 million CAD in April and they are already in advanced stages with multiple financial institutions to take out a new debt facility !!!

amazing news and now shareholders can rest assured that there is no hidden catastrophe in the company !! All the negative people on this board have been proven wrong and there claims have been proven to be without merit !!!
PTA is a solid company and it will only get better from here !!!
