WTI Technicals

We have a logjam today. WTI is back above both the 20 day and 50 day MA and the three are hugging each other. More disturbing is how Brent is pulling away from WTI. This seems to be saying that world demand must be higher than the talking heads are telling us. From what I remember Demand > supply = price increase. The problem seems to be excess supply in the US and an inability to export crude and importing too much..
