In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

I think the problem is not the seller but rather the lack of buyers !!
if there were serious buyers around all these shares being offered would have been swallowed easily. Unfortunately for whatever reason we still don't have buyers, and by buyers I mean investors or funds loading up 10-20 million shares minimum.
And that's why I'm a fan of PTA moving from the venture and/or list on another exchange, ideally in London where we would get an amazing valuation for PTA. I'm also a fan of the share consolidation so the stock can be marginable and can allow certain funds to invest in !! These are steps that would create buyers !!!! Besides of course the obvious progress of the business.
