RE:RE:RE:RE:asc decision outYou better go read the decision again the charge of making misleading and untrue statements to the ASC was proved. So Ed is now a convicted liar. Also the other charges were unproven he was not found innocenenT, they just  didn't have enough prove, based on a new ruling in tbe alberta courts.
Maybe you find it wonderful that Ed may survive this court case, but i dont look forward to the company continuing under a convicted liar, a manager that has taken the share price  down to .73, after the colossal waste of 60 million in capital with his share buy backs Against his board advise.
If he was a real man he would resign, if we had a real board they would ask for his resignation.
