RE:RE:RE:RE:phantom .35c offerThe Almonty offer did have the (unintended) side effect of muting the climb, and its abandonment and worse, its terms, did set a glass ceiling which we haven't been able to penetrate since.  Reasonable foresight could have predicted these side effects, and so, given the net effect, yes, I would be leery of any significant dilution at this time.
