My theory
My theoryMy guess is that current management had trouble getting tje financing in the current environment for junior companies.
So one way to get the cash was to prove that the project was of some value, by announcing the deal with Almonty (a producing profitable company) that validated the project .
Now we should be able to 1 gest financing to go ahead or 2 get bought out by another company.
As far as the Wesson's are concerned it was a semi pump and dump, meaning there was value in the ground but the whole process was done in a way to get the most bang for the buck as quick as possible. Some drilling was not done, some $$ were spent for nothing just for show (the land bought beside the mine for 3.5mln) just to push the price higher.
The borrwed monies from the company to buy shares at 0.12 just to flip them back at 0.35. They were even late paying back the loan beacuse they were waiting for the sell to go ahead.
All in all I do not miss those two.
For now I am waiting and buying a few shares from time to time @ 0.065.
for your information when broker 85 and 79 sell shares @ 0.065 it is because they are buying them on the US side for cheaper and the flipping them.
So for now the US seems to be leading the way.
For full disclosure I am long the stock and have been so for a few years, always do your own due diligence.
