"Hope the warranty element (water heater related) does not surface again..."

They didn't mention it and they would need to legally if it was an issue. Sales for the recent quarter blew away sales from last year and don't suggest a problem. Insiders haven't sold a share and have been converting their warrants to shares and keeping them now long after the warranty issue. It looks like the matter is well behind them now.
