Just talked to Mr. Keevil.  He's in the office now.

They are gearing up for the next PDAC March 1 - 4.  Tajiri will be there and is hoping to generate more interested investors.

There are changing up the board.  Mr. O'Sullivan will still be there, and bringing in a new person will past ties to Barrick Gold.   They have changed their mining agreement to break down their one large scale prospecting license into several smaller ones will be more beneficial to the company to explore along ongoing surface mining operations.  They should be able to apply for a permit to raise funds below 5 cents so will not need to do another R/S.   They are planning to drill as soon as they get enough funds.   There will be a news announcement with additional information

Tajiri is no longer a part of Tangent Management (may still share offices though for now) and the former board directors with Tangent ties have left. The insiders with Tajiri strongly believe in the project and have been doing a lot of work to get the company back in action this year.
