Lack of Management Confidence in WIN's Future

WIN's website lists 9 license signing news releases in Q4/14 and a further 9 in the current Q...SEDI shows the purchase of 1,300 (Vladescau - Nov 14) during the same period...given their meagre common share holdings to start with, it sure looks like management doesn't believe the Company has much of a future. A disappointing Q4/14 operating result, and a miserable Q/1 forecast doesn't inspire much confidence in their ability to get the job done.
