RE:RE:PAA In The Newsthanks for sharing this - the timing of this placement is certainly curious (closes March 3rd) - which would coincide nicely with an announcement on the sale of NATO by Q1 announcement.

The size of the placement is also intriguing (over $1.1 billion) - enough to pay down debt and give a good chunk for NATO.

Time will tell....
